The Society hereby invites claims and objections from claimants/objector or objectors for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate within the period of 15 (Fifteen) days from the publication of this notice, with copies of such documents and other proofs in support of his/her/their claims/objections for issuance of duplicate Share Certificate to the chairman of Sun Village Co-op housing Society. If no claims/objections are received within the period prescribed above, the Society shall be free to issue duplicate Share Certificate in the name of Mrs. Nisha Jain in such manner as is provided under the bye-laws of the Society.
